Postnatal Assessments

Assess where you are and what level of fitness you are with a 1:1 session. If you have a had a c-section or have other concerns I can check your posture and assess your body post-birth.

Everything Menopause Programme

I also offer 1:1 personal training as a one-off assessment and posture check.

After 6 weeks (or 10 if you had a caesarean section) you can get back to some gentle exercise. It is best to avoid anything like sit ups, planks or anything that creates intra-abdominal pressure which will not help a gap in the tummy or a weak pelvic floor.

“As an obstetrician I wholeheartedly recommend Vicki as one of the few personal trainers who has experience and sound knowledge about exercise in pregnancy and beyond. She is one of the few personal trainers who teach pelvic floor exercises properly. What she doesn’t know about how to exercise during pregnancy and post natal isn’t worth knowing. She is incredible at ensuring you exercise safely in pregnancy and return to fitness after birth at the right rate for you.”
